3 weeks old

The puppies have experienced so many changes over the last week! Their eyes are fully open, their hearing is matured, and they have progressed from scooting around slowly to cruising all over on their tiny legs!

Yesterday they hit their 3 week birthday and with that came their first meal that wasn't milk. We start them out on well soaked puppy food for ease of chewing and swallowing because their baby teeth have not fully erupted yet. All the sweet babies loved it and gobbled it up. This is a good sign that they will be easily food motivated for training!

Potty training is continuing and these guys are already making it to the litter box most of the time. It's always so cool to see the puppies working hard to learn and grow in to amazing dogs! soon they will be ready to venture outside for their first experience with this gorgeous weather.
